I felt something I haven’t felt in a long time last night: Something of a chill! It was nice, having to pull the covers over my shoulder for the first time in months. Air condition in the house, as well as something resembling a breeze from the ocean, did wonders. Not that it’s chilly or anything, but I’ll take it.

Got estimates and quotes from realtors today. Fingers crossed that they’re on target. The house will go on the market in the near future. Lots of logistics to take care of first though.
